Obituary
William "Bill" Filice of Gilroy passed away at his home on Friday, June 17, 2016 at the age of 100. Husband of the late Ellen Filice. Father of Kathleen Filice Triechel and Patrick Filice both of Gilroy. Grandfather of Sara Williams and Josh Diget both of Gilroy. Brother of the late Marian Filice (MJ Sr.)and Ernest E. Filice (Del). Uncle of Tim, Paul, Michael Filice and Dianne Bozzo, George, Ernie, Mary Jane Gunter and the late Ralph Filice. A native of Morgan Hill.
Moved to Gilroy at the at the age of 4 and has been a resident ever since. Worked for General Petroleum Corp Oil Distributors 1949 – 1954. Realtor in Gilroy since 1954. Member of St. Mary Church, Gilroy Rotary, Gilroy Elks (past Trustee) and Past Chamber of Commerce President.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2016 - 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home.
Memorial Mass Thursday, June 23, 2016 - 10:00 AM at St. Mary Church, Gilroy. Reception to follow.
