Walter J. Manley, 85 passed away Sunday January 25, 2015 after a short illness. Husband of the late Polly A. Manley. Father of Linda Blasdel (Art) of Los Banos, CA. Step-grandfather of Aaron Blasdel and Alyssa Sappington. Step great grandfather of Kumao & Ren Blasdel, Andrew & Elizabeth Sappington. Brother of Patricia Johnson, Loretta Manley and Rita Tecklenburg. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A native of Colorado.
Moved to California 58 years ago then to Gilroy in 1963.
He owned Manley Real Estate for 35 years. Life member of the Gilroy Elks; Member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, served on the Vestery.
Memorial Services Saturday, January 31, 2015 – 11:00 AM at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 651 Broadway, Gilroy.
Family would appreciate donations to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church or the American Cancer Society in his memory.
