Pat DeLeon, a Gilroy native, passed away peacefully surrounded by his devoted family on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Pat took great pride serving his community as a police officer in his youth after graduation from Gavilan College for the City of Gilroy and Town of Los Gatos.  He later opened "All Aboard Junction" a place for patrons of all ages to come and share their interest in trains and other collectibles.  Pat "The Train Man" had the gift of gab, he loved participating in local parades, hosting hot dog Tuesdays and Happy Hour Fridays.  The train store touched many lives and allowed him to develop numerous long-lasting friendships.

Pat loved being outdoors; gardening, bicycling, camping, BBQ's, music and being around his family and friends.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Theresa DeLeon, two daughters, his son, three grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons.

Pat DeLeon's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 90 Denio Avenue, Gilroy, CA  95020 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
