Thomas Anthony Straub, age 77, of Gilroy passed away September 12, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born in Columbus, Ohio and had resided in California over 50 years. He is survived by Betty, his wife of 49 years and sons Thomas, Jr (Keri) Littleton, Colorado, Craig (Erin) Gilroy, and Steven, Las Vegas, Nevada; Grandchildren, Sarah, Jacob, Sean, Owen and Cooper Straub; Sisters Marilyn (Ron) Siechen, Morgan Hill, CA, Barbara Corchinski and Martha Straub, sisters-in-law Jan Stephenson and Carole Straub, all of Ohio and Carol Straub, Indiana. Preceded in death by parents Anthony and Evelyn Liggett Straub; sister Kathleen (Ben) Wentland and brothers Donald, Paul, and Michael Straub and brothers-in-law Bill Parker and Bill Corchinski, all of Ohio. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kaiser Hospice, 50 Great Oaks Blvd., San Jose, CA 95119.
