The beloved soul of Theresa G. Vargas slipped away quietly into the loving hands of God on Thursday, December 3rd surrounded by her family. She will be missed very much by her husband of 53 years Jess Vargas. She was preceded in death by her daughter Annette. She was blessed with five children, Jess, Mario, Gary and David. She had nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was also blessed with a large extended family. She was employed by Perrelli & Filice cannery.
Vigil Tuesday, December 8, 2009 - 7:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday. Funeral Mass Wednesday, December 9, 2009 - 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Gilroy. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
