Sylvia Ann Cornaggia

Sylvia Cornaggia passed away suddenly on March 16, 2026. She was born in Gilroy to Silvio and Mamie Cornaggia on August 11, 1937.

She is survived by her sister Katherine (John) and Allan (Margaret) as well as nieces Karen, Julie, Shari and nephews John and Keith. She leaves behind great nieces Rachel, Jenna, Amelia and great nephew Ryan. She attended St. Mary's elementary school and graduated from Gilroy High School and Heald Business College.

She spent some time working as a waitress at Sam's Restaurant, which was owned by her aunt. She was a long time retail clerk for Nob Hill.

Sylvia loved sports especially watching baseball and basketball. Her love of dogs, of which she had many over her lifetime, was her greatest joy.
