With profound sadness, her family announces the peaceful passing of Susan "Sue" Lasker on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her Morgan Hill home. She was surrounded by a large loving family and many dear friends. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.

Family meant the world to Sue. She had six children of her own, many siblings, and an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a great example to us all – kind, compassionate, loving, patient, wise, and forgiving. She taught us the importance of keeping your friends and family close. She never hesitated to do whatever she could for anybody who was in need.

One of the most important aspects of Sue's life was her faith. She was a devout Christian, and she loved spending time reading her Bible. She was an active member of Cryyout Christian Fellowship in San Jose.

She loved spending time with friends and family, particularly at the holidays. In her spare time, she loved to paint, sew, scrapbook, and make handmade cards for her loved ones. Some of her favorite things to do were to visit family in Alaska and go deep-sea fishing and spend time with friends and family. She loved to cook and entertain, whether it be at the beach or in her own backyard.

She is survived by siblings, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, and her faithful dog Bailey, all of whom she loved and touched deeply.  Sue will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
