It is with great sorrow the Hartman Family announces the passing of Steven James Hartman

Born in Great Lakes, Illinois in 1952 to Marjorie Jean Hartman and Billie Dean Hartman, the first of three children. He was a proud father to his four daughters; Lisa, Tammy, Mary, and Kaycee. An endearing grandfather to Elijah, Katelynne, Kolby, and happily awaited the arrival of his daughter Kaycee's first born little girl, Megan. He has happily lived with his family in Aromas, CA for over 15 years and worked at the Gilroy Safeway for over 10 years. He enjoyed traveling across the country and made regular visits to Idaho to visit and play with his grandchildren. Steve was also an avid golfer, winning his final tournament just last week.

Steve is survived by his brother Doug, his sister in-law Peggy; and his sister Diana: his daughters Lisa, Mary, Tammy and Kaycee; his grandchildren: Elijah, Katelynne, Kolby and Megan; Nieces and Nephews: Jenny, James, Laura, Nicky, and Elsie. He will be missed and forever loved by all his family and friends.
