Stephanie Franco, age 95, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2016 at Pacific Hills Manor in Morgan Hill. She was the beloved wife of Salvador Franco Jr. for 72 years who preceded her in 2013. Loving mother to Pat (Charlie) Mendez and Thomas (Mae) Franco. Devoted grandmother of Mark (Stacy) Carpenter (Boise), Doug Carpenter (San Jose), Jennifer Franco (Hollister) and Amanda (Adam) Bonner (Hollister) and great grandmother (GG) to Chase and Logan Carpenter, Abuelita to Delaney Carpenter. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers Santos, Cris and Eliseo Blasquez, and parents Pablo and Pura Blasquez.

Stephanie was devoted to her family and husband. She always had love and support for everyone, she never said no to any situation. She loved cooking and entertaining, was a member of Women in Touch in Gilroy and Women over 50 in Morgan Hill. One of her longtime hobbies was a ceramic crafter for 30 years.

Visitation will begin on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. with Memorial Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 Fourth Street, Gilroy. Burial will be private at San Carlos Catholic Cemetary in Monterey, CA.
