Socorro Lopez Garza entered the kingdom of heaven at the age of 84 on 9-27-22. Socorro was born in Mission, Texas and is survived by her husband Jose Garza, children Evangelina (Luis) Hurtado, Mary Gonzalez, Estela (David) Ortega, Rudy (Debbie) Garza, Ofelia (Jaoquin) Garcia, Isabel Garza, Anna Garza and Josefina (Richard) Martinez. Socorro was blessed with 26 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Socorro was preceded in death by her sons Bernaldo and Joey Garza and granddaughter Hilda Hurtado. She will be greatly missed.
