Shirley Colleen Keen was 85 when she passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018. She was born on October 23, 1933 in Rolette, North Dakota. She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Hazel Armstrong, the last of 7 children to pass away.

Shirley moved to California when she was 18. She met Douglas Keen and was married to him for 45 years and raised 9 children. She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Keen and 2 daughters Janice and Jennifer Keen.  She is survived by her 7 children, 21 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

Shirley Keen touched her family in so many ways. She loved for everyone to come over and visit on Saturday and Sunday mornings, sitting around drinking coffee. She always said her children were her world.

There will be a memorial 10:30 am, Saturday, December 8th at South Valley Community Church, 8095 Kelton Dr., Gilroy with a celebration of life following at noon at Mama Mias Restaurant, 275 E. Dunne Ave., Morgan Hill.
