Shirley Joan Lunde, 74, of Morgan Hill, California returned to her heavenly home on February 22, 2017.  Shirley passed into the care of our Heavenly Father surrounded by her five children and grandchildren.

Shirley was laid to rest at New Hope Cemetery in Morgan Hill, California on March 4, 2017.

Shirley was born in Flint, Michigan on October 24, 1942.  She attended Hoover High School in Flint MI.  Shirley also attended Mott Junior College in Flint, MI as well as Gavilan College in Gilroy, CA.

Shirley worked and volunteered for a number of charitable organizations in the South Bay.  Her first and most deliberate and joyful occupation was that of being our loving, wonderful Mother, our grandmother and great grandmother.  Shirley ran the never ending marathon of motherhood with great enthusiasm, pride and dignity.  She was truly an exceptional and wonderful woman. Her five children will forever hold her love and loyalty in our hearts and memories.  Our love for her which extends to each other is because of her endless care and dedication to her family.

Shirley in survived by her her five children, sixteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and sister Diane Kozlowski:

Renae and Barry Dias, children Nicole Daenzer, Chelsea and Brian Muro and their children Camrynn, Jace and Hayden: Brandy Dias and Barry Dias, Jr.

Denise and John King, their children Nikko King, Jacqueline King and Jordan King.

Danielle Marie Daenzer Hill, her children:   Aaron and Brandy Hill and their children Logan and Cole; Anthony and Danielle Hill and their children Roman and Quincy;  Kristin Elizabeth Hill                                                 .

Rex Allen Daenzer Jr. and his children Chase Daenzer and Ethan Daenzer.

Raymond Fredrick Daenzer II and his children Martin, Dustin Daenzer and Kelsie Daenzer.

Nieces Karen Brock Dienhart, Cheryl Brock Ackerman and Stephanie Lunde Frania.

Nephews Martin Brock, Craig Brock, Jeff Kozlowski, Scott Kozlowski, John Kozlowski, Mark Lunde, Michael Lunde and Jeff Lunde.

Shirley has entered her eternal home following her father Mark Ward Lunde, her mother Esther Lenora Lunde Bartz;  her sister Delores Lunde Brock, brother Norman Edgar Lunde and Ivar Lunde;  her beloved grandchild Allen Hill.
