Sheri/Sarah Benson, a resident of Morgan Hill for 48 years, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, July 22. She was the wife of Cal Benson and loving mother of Kathryn (Kayla) and David Benson, a beloved friend to many, a community leader in Morgan Hill, and "Papa Sheri" to Amy, Zach, Jake, Luke, Willow, and Mia. During her financial carreer she was a loan officer, a branch manager, and vice president of several local banks. Her sparkling green eyes, beautiful smile, and especially her kind heart will be greatly missed. The service will be held at Habing Funeral Home in Gilroy on August 2, 2022 at 11:00 am.
