Ruth A. Gomez, born August 23, 1924 died July 2, 2014 from natural causes at her home in Santa Clara, Calfornia
Ruth was born in Dallas, Texas. She met her beloved husband and settled in Cupertino for many years before moving to Gilroy. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Frank Gomez and her granddaughter Lisa Munoz.
She is survived by her daughter Rosa Munoz (Ismael), sons Aurelio Gomez (Dolores), Alex Gomez (Mercy) and Emilio Gomez. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
Vigil will be Tuesday, July 8, 2014 – 7:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, July 9, 2014 – 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Gilroy. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
