Ruben Jimenez Haro, 95, of Gilroy was born on July 26th 1924 in San Martin de Bolaños, Jalisco Mexico. He is survived by his wife Rebeca of 60 years; his 5 children, Rafael, Martha, Bertha, Fernando and Rebecca; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was a devoted Catholic member of St. Mary Parish in Gilroy. Member of La Asociación Guadalupana. Faithful to El Santisimo.

Ruben was a man with a heart of gold who never failed to put his family first. He made sure to instill his loving values onto his family. He was a devoted Father, Husband and Grandfather to his loved ones. He always showed kindness, love and generosity wherever he went. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever remain in our hearts.

The family would also like to thank Satellite Dialysis staff who took great care of dad for the past 15 years and Gilroy Healthcare Rehabilitation Center for the last two months.

A visitation will begin 5:00 pm, followed by a vigil service at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2019, both at St. Mary Catholic Church, Gilroy. Funeral mass will also be held at St. Mary Catholic Church 10:00 am, Friday, August 30, 2019. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
