Roque D. DeFaria born in Terceira, Azore Islands on September 4, 1932 passed away on February 15, 2013 surrounded by his family at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Angela DeFaria for 46 years. Loving father of Fernando (Lisa) DeFaria and Humberto (Amie) DeFaria. Devoted grandfather of Haley, Alden, Lena and Francesca DeFaria. He will be missed by all his family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 19th, 2013 beginning at 1:00 P.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, February 20th, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 11 First Street, Gilroy, CA at 12 Noon followed by burial at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
