Rejino Gonzales Castaneda, age 81, fell asleep peacefully at his home in Yuma, Arizona and arose to his heavenly home on Thursday, August 26th. He was greeted by his Lord Jesus Christ, his devoted wife Mary Martinez Castaneda, his son, Rejino Martinez Castaneda, and all of his beloved departed family. He is survived by his adoring daughters, Mary Madeline Castaneda, Sonia Marie Martino, daughter-in-law, Esther M. Castaneda, son-in-law, Christopher Martino, two wonderful grandchildren, Rejino 'Gino' Castaneda IV, Mary Catherine Castaneda and many loving nieces and nephews.

He spent most of his life in Gilroy, California raising his family, golfing, bowling, and working in the garlic industry before he decided to enjoy his retired years in his birth city of Yuma, Arizona.
