Paz, 87, Gilroy, passed away in her home on April 12, 2017. She is survived by 8 children; Alan Murillo (Marcelina), Brenda Murillo, Jonas Murillo (Elvira), Maria Fernandez (Victor), Josie Murillo, Lyndon Murillo (Elizabeth), Sergia Murillo and Patty Gutierrez, 30 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Viveca Murillo Campanilla; granddaughter, Reyna Gutierrez and her parents Aurelio and Sergia Pardenilla.

Paz was born in Cebu City, Philippines. She worked and lived in San Francisco for 30 years in the Hotel Industry. She spent her retirement in Gilroy. She was the 3rd oldest of 13 siblings. 4 brothers and 8 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 1:00 PM followed by a Vigil Service at 6:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Gilroy. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
