Paul Vincent Kloecker , 82 , passed away on December 15, 2017 in Gilroy, CA. Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, Paul attended Cathedral Prep, earned his Mechanical Engineering Degree at the University of Detroit, and his M.S. in Financial Management at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey Cal.
