Paul
Gamino

On March 28th, 2022 at the age of 87, Paul Gamino passed peacefully with his wife holding his hand. His fight over the past few years with Dementia and other health struggles showed just how strong he really was.
Paul was born in Southern California, and fondly recalled his time growing up and the many memories he had with his parents, brothers and sisters. He eventually moved to Gilroy, ca and spent the remainder of his life there.
It was in Gilroy that he met the love of his life, Gloria. They married and were blessed with two loving children, Alfred and Evelyn. Together they raised their family and made a beautiful home, becoming lifelong friends with some of their neighbors. In his younger days, Paul loved dancing, camping, fishing, and getting together with family and friends. He and his wife enjoyed traveling to many places together, including with their RV club.
To know Paul, was to know that he was a hardworking, kind man. He worked at the Gentry plant in Gilroy for 37 years before retiring as a Lead Mechanic. Even after retirement, he was always working on something in his shop.
During his many good years on this earth, Paul cherished the time he spent with family and friends the most. He loved to see his great grandchildren play and visit with his grandkids whenever he got the chance, even if was just sitting and talking while watching the 49ers or SF Giants play.
Paul is survived by his wife Gloria; son, Alfried; daughter, Evelyn; his brother, Alfonso; grandchildren, Sarah, Adriana, Amanda, and John Paul; Great-grandchildren, Angelina, Jelena, Xavier, Gabriel, Aaron and Jaxon; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
