Patti passed away Saturday January 17, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband Ruben Aguilera, son Geoff Graves, Grandson Matthew, son Tim Graves and his wife Breanna. She was proceeded in death by her parents Bill and Lucille Alexander and brother Rusty Alexander.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church 651 Broadway, Gilroy, CA 95020 on Saturday January 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
