Obituary

Nicholas Joseph Bell, 30, of Irvine California, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2021.  He was born on December 8, 1990 in Santa Clara, California.  In his youth, he loved playing Pop Warner football for the Morgan Hill Raiders.  Nick attended Ann Sobrato High School in Morgan Hill where as a freshman he earned a Varsity Letter in Badminton.  Nicholas graduated from Central High School in Morgan Hill.

Nicholas had an entrepreneurial spirit and always lived his life exactly the way he wanted.  He was unfailingly loyal to his family and could always be counted upon to be present when things went wrong.  Nicholas never held a grudge.  His family enjoyed his perpetually sharp wit and unconventional life stories which he never hesitated to share at family gatherings. Nick was never one to mince words and always said what he meant regardless of the consequences.  Nicholas loved his gold chains and personally curated a vast collection of Nike Air Jordan sneakers which were kept in "mint condition" in their boxes.  He was always in pursuit of something good to eat and was known to spend his last dollar on Carne Asada to BBQ with friends.

His dazzling blue eyes and passion for life will be missed most of all.  In truth, Nicholas was larger than life.  No one or thing can ever replace the void of his absence.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Douglas Hogan and his paternal grandparents Joan and Floyd Bell.

He is survived by his mother Kelly Bell Kubica, stepfather Ryan Kubica, father Rick Bell, stepmother Gretchen Bell, siblings Riley Bell, Sophia Bell Ramirez, Dominick Kubica and Francesca Kubica. As well as his maternal grandmother Thomasita Hogan and numerous aunties, uncles and cousins. Nicholas is also survived by his beloved and sweet natured pitbull, Bella Bell.

Nicholas, firstborn son, was especially adored by his Mother.
