Michael Joseph Mendoza, 37, passed away in his sleep on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at home in Gilroy, California.

The memorial mass will be held at 1:00 PM, on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church.  Father Michael Perucho of Our Lady of Peace of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles will be officiating.  Burial will immediately follow the mass at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.  Celebration of Life reception will be held at the Morgan Hill Masonic Center.

Michael was born September 6, 1980 in San Jose, California.  He is survived by his parents, Jimmie and Elsa Mendoza, his sister and her husband, Melissa and Mike Caragio, and his niece and nephews, Amanda, Jordan, and Trey.

The family requests that guests dress casually, in bright colored clothing if possible, to celebrate Michael's life.
