Michael James Cervantes passed away January 20, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born on February 4, 1956 in San Jose Ca to the proud parents of Paul and Hope Cervantes. He served our country in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1982 with an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Sgt. He was a very hard working family man. He raised his three beautiful children Alisha, Annette and Michael Jr. His favorite hobby/pastime was karaoke and spending time with is family and friends. Michael is survived by his children Alisha (Michael) Hernandez of Los Banos, Annette Cervantes of Merced, and Michael Cervantes Jr of Los Banos, grandchildren Isaiah, Dora, Joseph, Liliana, Johnathan, Evelyn, Jeremiah, Nevaeh & Savannah. Siblings: Mona Cordova, Sally, Barbara, David Cervantes and Diana Yamamoto all of Gilroy Ca, also many loving Aunts, Uncles nieces and nephews. He is preceeded in death by his parents Paul and Hope Cervantes and Sister Anita Cervantes.

There will be a celebration of life on January 31, 2015 at 500 West 10th St, Gilroy Ca 95020 at 1:00 pm.
