Our family is grieving the loss of Max Guadalupe Limones, a native of Gilroy, CA. He was born September 20, 1955 and joined our family in heaven on November 23, 2019. He was surrounded by his family when he passed.

Max is survived by his 5 children Max Jr. (Lora), Jose (Leah), Angie, Jason (Natasha) and Jackie; 15 grandchildren, Julian, Anissa, Destiny, Madison, Mariaha, Elias, Jennylee, Joshua, Jose Jr., Josiah, Kylie, Jolene, Richard, Lanea, Franklin, and Sienna; 3 great grandchildren, Annabel, Rey and Albert and numerous brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, cousins and close family members.

Max was the life of the party. His story telling was one of his greatest traits. In high school, he ran track, and was a man of his era, low-riding and cruising. He also fixed up old classic cars that were later handed down to each of his sons.

He was an avid wrestling fan, his hobbies included fishing, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, attending family events and celebrations. He was loyal to his team, SF 49er fan for life. He was a tree surgeon for the majority of his working career.

A Visitation will be held at 2:00pm followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00pm, Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Habing Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will take place 10:00am, Friday, December 6, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Gilroy.
