Obituary
Mrs. Matilda V. Anaya passed away in Oakland, California on January 10, 2012.
She was the dearly beloved wife of the late James N. Anaya, loving mother of the late James J. Anaya and loving mother-in-law of Mary Lou Anaya Sternitzke. Devoted grandmother of Rebecca A. Anaya and Caroline K. Anaya. Dear sister to Elizabeth Salyer and the late John, Charles, and George Vidovich, Mary Cagno, Annie Pass and Helen Carver.
Matilda was born to Joseph and Meri Vidovich in Gallup, New Mexico on August 30, 1922. She was a homemaker who devoted much of her life to caring for her family, friends and numerous pets.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 14th at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
