In loving memory, Mary-Lou Perez was unfortunately laid to rest on July 29, 2020, at the age of 83 in Gilroy, California. She was born in Denver, Colorado on May 18, 1937, to the loving parents of Augustine and Delores Garcia. She lived in Gilroy, California for the past 20 years and worked for General Motors for over 20 years. After retirement, she dedicated her life to raising her three beautiful grandchildren Trina Alvarez, Brittany Alvarez, and Anthony Martinez. She liked to spend her days off shopping for deals at Walmart and indulging in her favorite meal from Taco Bell. She used her unique sense of humor and shining smile to brighten the lives of all of her beloved friends and family throughout her life. Mary-Lou Perez is survived by her loving children and family: Ruby Mason, Mary-Lou Rodriguez, Gilbert Rodriguez, and Michael Rodriguez of Los Angeles, California, her sister Esther Garcia of Arizona, and many more nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her loving brothers and sisters: John Garcia, Rita Ramos, Augustine "Lico" Jr. Garcia, Esperanza "Hope" Torrez, and Delores Burks.
