Obituary
MARIE J. SILVA, 83 of Jamestown formerly of Gilroy passed away Saturday, November 29, 2010. Wife of 64 years to Albert "Al" Silva of Jamestown. Mother of Ronald R. Silva of Jamestown. Sister-in-law of Marguerite Gomes of Gilroy. Preceded in death by her sisters Dolly, Norma and Anna Mae and her brothers Manuel and Norman. Aunt of Arthur John Silva of Texas, Marguerite Murphy of Gilroy, Joey Keller of Gilroy and Jessica Gomes.
Moved to Gilroy at age 17, met her husband and has been a resident until moving to Jamestown 8 years ago.
Avid supporter of SPCA and Disabled Veterans.
Vigil Monday, December 6, 2010 – 6:30 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home. Cryptside services Tuesday, December 7, 2010 – 10:30 AM at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, 1000 First Street, Gilroy.
Donations to the Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer's Association preferred.
Moved to Gilroy at age 17, met her husband and has been a resident until moving to Jamestown 8 years ago.
