At rest in Redwood City on Oct. 25, 2011. Marie passed on peacefully with her family beside her.
She was the widow of Allen J. Day, daughter of the late James and Renee Levratto, and sister of the late James Levratto, Jr.
Marie is survived by her loving children Allen Day, Amy (Ricardo) Cortez and Kathryn (Modesto) Rubio,all of Gilroy. She was the proud and devoted grandma of Daniel, Sara, Becca, James, Bella, Mekaela and Emily. She is also survived by sisters Linda (Kurt) Clausen and Jeanne Levratto.
Born in San Jose and raised in Mountain View, Marie resided in Gilroy for the past 37 years. She worked for many years for her family's manufacturing business and later worked for the Gilroy Unified School District, as a School bus driver. In recent years she enjoyed travelling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 from 2:00 to 8:00P.M. and funeral services at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday Nov. 2, 2011 at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
