Died in her Gilroy home at the age of 61. Socorro Rodriguez is survived by her husband Abelardo Rodriguez; children Isela (Jason) Sabala, Ruby (Steve) Facio and Elias (Kendall) Rodriguez; grandchildren Jason Sabala, Jr., Breanna Sabala, Steven Facio III, Andrew Facio and Gabriel Facio; 5 sisters Lidia Hurtado, Martha Valdez, Hilda Dimas, Mary Dimas Carbajal and Veronica Dimas as well as her only brother Rene Dimas.

Socorro was a member of C3 Apostolic Church in San Jose for 30 + years, she served the California Highway Patrol as a supervisor in the Gilroy office and was an active member of the American Cancer Society. Forever in the hearts of many…rest in peace Socorro.
