Margarita Dolores Garcia Zavala was born to Mary Estrada and Miguel Garcia February 10, 1944 in Kingman, Arizona.
The family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona where Margarita lived until 12 years of age. When the family moved to Fresno, California she met Cecilio Zavala. Cecilio and Margarita married in 1961 in Reno, Nevada. Their family moved to Gilroy, California where Margarita has been living since 1970. At the age of 35 years, Margarita was baptized and gave her life to The Lord. She dedicated herself as a devout sister to her local church, The Apostolic Assembly in Gilroy. She never ceased to express the strength and power of Our Lord. She always kept faith in Our Lord seeing us through trials, sickness and sorrow. She encouraged testimony on bearing witness to God's mercy and forgiveness. Margarita through the help of the Lord, gave of herself more than an average person could. She never dwelled on suffering or pain, instead giving praise that Our Lord will be finally taking her Home. Her last wished were to ask we put God first, take the memories she's left behind, share & remember them, show forgiveness, love and another, and asked the family she leaves behind remain close and seek each other out.
