Obituary

Marcelino Moreno of Gilroy, passed away in Palo Alto, California. He was one of 11 siblings. Marcelino Moreno Sr and Estela were married for 46 years. He was blessed over the years with three sons, Isaias, Marcelino Jr, and Alejandro and his greatest joy, his grandson Ivan.

As a longtime employee as a Truck Driver in the agriculture business, he made many friends and acquaintances. After 25 years of driving, he retired.

He was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of Saint Mary's Catholic Church of Gilroy. He enjoyed spending time with family and driving to visit both Estela's family in Bakersfield and his family in Oxnard and youngest sister in Northern California.

He was a loving person, devoted husband, father, and friend. He will forever be remembered for his strength, hard work, knowledge, sense of humor, simplicity, providing for his family, pets, and yard work.

Marcelino leaves behind his sons, grandson, siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, along with many many friends.

Marcelino Moreno de Gilroy, falleció en Palo Alto, California. Era uno de los 11 hermanos. Marcelino Moreno Sr y Estela estuvieron casados por 46 años. Fue bendecido a lo largo de los años con tres hijos, Isaías, Marcelino Jr y Alejandro y su mayor alegría, su nieto Iván.

Como empleado desde hace mucho tiempo como camionero en el negocio de la agricultura, hizo muchos amigos y conocidos. Después de 25 años conduciendo, se retiró.

Era un católico devoto y era feligrés de la Iglesia Católica de Santa María de Gilroy. Disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia y conducir para visitar a la familia de Estela en Bakersfield, a su familia en Oxnard y a su hermana menor en el norte de California.

Era una persona cariñosa, esposo devoto, padre y amigo. Siempre será recordado por su fuerza, trabajo duro, sabiduría, sentido del humor, simplicidad, provisión para su familia, mascotas y trabajo en el jardín.

Marcelino deja atrás a sus hijos, nieto, hermanos y hermanas, y una gran cantidad de sobrinas, sobrinos, junto con muchos amigos.
