Madeline Carol Bellezza passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at a hospice house in Alamo, CA.  Madeline grew up in West Los Angeles and was a long time resident of Walnut Creek.  Madeline was born of the late Francis Ford and Catherine Ford on December 22, 1938 in Hollywood, CA.  Madeline was a graduate of the Westlake School and attended college in San Jose.  In March, 1964, she married Donald Bellezza at Fort Polk, LA and had three children.  She is survived by her three children Michael Bellezza, Karen Bellezza and Kenneth Bellezza and his wife Carol Bellezza as well as her sister Marcelite Troeger, her brother Milan Ford and her grandchild Julia Bellezza.

Madeline was a homemaker for many years until embarking on an accounting profession at a major drugstore chain for over 10 years.  Madeline decided to reinvent herself and pursued a career in computer graphic arts.  She completed a degree at Silicon Valley College and then took a job at large advertising firm where she worked primarily on creating printed advertising for grocery and retail companies.

Madeline was a fan of the arts.  She was a talented painter and could also draw exceptionally well.  Her favorite topic was horses.  She loved music, particularly classical and opera.  She had a talent for cross stitch and loved nature, especially trees.  She found great peace with the large redwoods at her home.  Madeline also loved animals.  Having numerous animals through a lifetime, she loved them all, horses included.  The most special of all was her dog Molly who provided amazing companionship up to her final year.

A funeral celebration will be held at 1pm on Friday, September 8 ^th , at the Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 Fourth Street, Gilroy, CA.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brun's House, 2849 Miranda Ave. Alamo, CA  94507, run by the Hospice of the East Bay would be appreciated.
