Luis was born in Fowler CA. to Valentine and Maria Lango. He married Lucy T. Rivas on May 2, 1954. He is a Marine and Merchant Marine Veteran. Luis is survived by his children Maryanne Conroy (Brian), Dominic Lango, John Lango (Susan) and James Lango (Denise). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife Lucy T. Lango and son Louis Anthony Lango.
