Beloved husband of Blanche Salazar. Loving father to Lauren, Richard and Adam Salazar. Step-Father to Chris, Nicole and Michelle. Grandfather to Ali, Marisa, Natalie and Emma.
Beloved son of the Late Alfredo Salazar and Rosalie P. Rivera.
And also beloved brother to the late Alexander P. Salazar and Yolanda Martinez-Rivera. Step-Son of Simon D. Rivera.
Adored brother to: Arturo, Alfredo, Armando, Antonio, Andres, Alberto, Abel, Rosemary, Simon, Helen, Johnny, Joe and Sandra. Cherished uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Great uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Also survived by a countless amount of cousins from all over the bay area. Son inlaw of Rosie Galindo. And brother in-law to Mike, James, Ephraim and Virg Galindo. Brother in-law to Gilbert Carrillo, Felipe Sanchez and Nathan Garcia, Rose, Linda and Caroline Salazar and Nancy Rivera.
Born and raised in San Jose. Louie was #11 out of 16 Children. Growing up he was always making jokes, pulling pranks and making people laugh with his Crazy sense of humor. Louie liked to be called "Big Lou" he loved music, family gatherings and just lived life to the "Fullest". Our brother will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial service 7:00pm Thursday, October 11 at 902 Moro Ct., Gilroy, CA 95020.
