Born a first-generation French-American in Oakland, California to Odilon and Ida Delagnes.  Lifelong resident of San Francisco and Menlo Park.  Preceded in death by brother Raymond Delagnes.  Wife of the late Robert A. Peterson, Sr., deceased 1965 and Harold J. Kennedy, deceased 1997.

Survived by children Robert A. Peterson, (Jacqueline) and Donna R. Pray (Ronald), stepsons Thomas Kennedy, Lawrence Kennedy, Daniel Kennedy (Claudia), Richard Kennedy (Candace) and Timothy Kennedy.

Leaves grandchildren Nicole Gibson (Shane), Alexis O'Neill (Stephen), Judson Pray (Carrie), Whitney Beatty (John).  "Gigi" will also be greatly missed by step-grandchildren Brian Kennedy (Jennifer) and Kara Hodge (Kevin) and twelve special great grandchildren.

She also leaves her cousins Adrian Delagnes, Jon Delagnes (Kim), Duane Delagnes (Susi) and Nicole Delagnes McHugh (Steven) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Long-time member of Nativity Parish, Menlo Park, and a lay minister for 30 years.  Member of ICF Branch #325, Palo Alto Women's Golf Club, Pinnacle Club of Nativity Parish and Little House of Menlo Park.
