Lindsay is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Sandor Drobilisch. Born in Palo Alto and raised in Los Altos, Lindsay never moved far from her home enjoying time in Sunnyvale, Monte Sereno and later on Morgan Hill. She attended St. Joseph School in Fremont, Los Altos High School, and enjoyed taking classes at Foothill College.
Lindsay married Sandor Drobilisch in 1960 and together they built a beautiful life. As an artist and musician, Lindsay joined The Los Gatos Art Association serving as secretary for several years as well as The Saratoga Symphony, playing the clarinet and flute in many of their concerts. During the summer time she also played with the Los Altos "Ye Olde Town" band. With Sandor's love of engineering the two of them also became members of the Mercedes Benz Club serving in various capacities, most notably organizing many "Midsummer Night's Dream" events at their home in Monte Sereno as well as several outings for club members during each year.
A Memorial Mass will be held 12 noon Saturday July, 30th at St. Catherine Catholic Church, 17400 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill, CA 95037. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Catherine Catholic Church in Lindsay's name. After the Mass we will gather at the Parish Hall for a reception and refreshments.
