Judy passed peacefully on Saturday, August 24th at her home in Morgan Hill, California. At her side when she passed were her husband Byron Moncla, daughter Deborah Morton-Padilla, and son David Yee. Judy is also survived by her youngest son Michel Moncla, four grandchildren Kaitlyn Yee, Maggie Yee, Shawn Moncla, and Scarlet Moncla, and favorite son-in-law Manny Padilla. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend. And an avid golfer! .

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial celebration of her life on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Villa Mira Monte (Morgan Hill House) at 17860 Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, California. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society in memory of Judy.
