Joseph (Joe) Eugene Twitchell was born on March 25, 1962. When Joe was about nine years old he started his first passion, boxing. Joe was also well known for his character drawings. When Joe was 17, he was in a severe accident that left him impaired. As an adult Joe loved to take walks to 711 for his cup of coffee. Joe suddenly passed away on May 20, 2020.

Joe was predeceased in death by his parents Joseph Twitchell and Doris June Witt, his sister Irene Twitchell and his brother Robert Twitchell.

He is survived by his sisters and brother Geneva Elias (Phil Elias husband), Joline Arevalo aka Jodi (Roman Arevalo husband), Vickie Nessinger (Tony Nessinger husband), Jim Stapleton (Elaine Stapleton wife), Irene Stapleton, Wileen Donnette Stapleton Rodriguez aka Donnie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe will be missed!

Our family is very grateful to the staff at Zamana LLC dba Holly's Care Home for the excellent and loving care you provided. Joe was laid to rest alongside his mother.
