Obituary
Joseph D. Silva, age 87, passed away on Dec. 2, 2012 peacefully at his home. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Silva and his son, Daniel Silva.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Louann (Mike) Corbin, cherished granddaughters, Melinda (Jon) Van Pelt and Carrie (Brandon) Medeiros, great-grandchildren, Maddie, Caden, Chloe, Jack and Abby and his sister Barbara Dal Maso.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a vigil service at 6:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th St., Gilroy, CA. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at 12 Noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 11 First St., Gilroy, followed by burial at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
