John L. Welch passed away on August 25, 2026 at the age of 81. He leaves behind his wife Becky, daughter Emily, son Wade and grandson Oliver. He retired in 2006 after 36 years working as a lineman for PG&E. He enjoyed working on his cars with his son and also did some drag racing too. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
