Jim Scarper passed away on February 24, 2024. The Gilroy native was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Bette Scarper. He is survived by his sister Nancy and brother Steve. He is also survived by his aunt Deloris Blake and several cousins. There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Family Center, Gilroy.
