Born to Frederick and Frances Feigley in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jackie passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 27, 2021, in Morgan Hill, CA at the age of 95.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Wm. J. Richards (Bill), who died in 1997. She is survived by her six children: JoAnn Jackson (Horace), Susan Lulevitch, Jacqueline Phillips (Geoff), Timothy Richards, Kathleen Libby (Shayne) and Christopher Richards (Silvia), and eight grandchildren.

Early in life mother worked at the Burpee Seed Company and the Cohen Brothers Clothing Store in the city of Philadelphia. As a young mother in the 1960's you would always find her on a bowling league, she discovered the game of golf in her later years here in California and became a formidable opponent on many women's leagues.

We pray she is resting in the arms of Jesus. She will be in our hearts forever.
