Harvey "Pee Wee," 53, passed away on April 18, 2017. He is survived by his mother; Estela Saenz and his sons; Harvey Jr. Harley, Emilio and Tim Avila. Also survived by his Grandmother; Petra Rivera. He also leaves behind many, many cousins.
