Dale Horback peacefully passed away at his home in Gilroy, California surrounded by his loving family on April 18, 2016 at the age of 75.


Dale is survived by his loving wife, Dolores. Dale was a loving father to Kimberly Lirette Luce and David Bennett, and loving grandfather to Jasson Lirette and Alex and Adam Bennett. He leaves behind his mother, Doris Horback, his sisters Judy (Horback) Riha and Eileen (Horback) LeForge, brothers Ret. Col. Robert R Horback and Denny (Horback) Buchannon, and their families.

Dale was born in Wyandotte, Michigan. He met his future wife, Dolores, when stationed in the U.S. Navy in San Diego, California. Their love and marriage lasted for 54 blessed years. Dale will long be loved and remembered by all who knew him.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 5:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to Seasons Hospice would be appreciated.
