Greg lived his entire life in Gilroy at the family home where he passed peacefully. Throughout his life he was known for his love of farming and mechanics.  He enjoyed spending hours pruning in the orchard and teaching others what he said was a dying art.  He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and later electrician where he made lifelong friendships.  Volunteering was a big part of him and he spend years dedicating time to such endeavors as the South Santa Clara Co Fire District , Santa Clara County Fair, San Martin Horseman's Association, and countless BBQ events. He is survived by his loving wife Dosinda Lopez Linden, daughters Melissa Linden, Heidi Hicks, Staci Cupps, granddaughters Holly and Kendall Driscoll, Kaylee Heron, and Peyton Hicks, mother Jacqueline Labrucherie, and sister Kim Filice.  He was preceded in death by his first wife Marcia Linden and his father Alfred Linden.  He was laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery in Gilroy in a private service.
