Obituary
George (Adam) Zamora, of Gilroy, Mexico, died Wednesday on March 2, 2016, at his home after seven year fight against cancer.
Born in Mexico City, April 19, 1947, to Jose and Irene Zamora, George was an electronic technician and Vietnam veteran. Although George remained single all his life, he was very gregarious, had many friends and was very popular in Gilroy.
Most of our family gatherings such as Thanksgiving and Christmas parties were held at his home. He enjoyed cooking, traveling, gardening and taking care of parakeets.
George is survived by his mother, Irene Zamora (Gilroy), brothers, David (San Jose) and Luis Guillermo (Gilroy), and sisters, Eva Perez (Phoenix Arizona), Liz Garcia (Reno Nevada) and Rosa Covarrubias (Hollister).
Memorial Services Saturday, March 19, 2016 - 4:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home.
