Obituary
George J. Azevedo, 90, resident of Gilroy, passed away October 15, 2010.
Survived by his wife of 65 years, Genelle and children Larry, Don and Shirley Azevedo. Deceased parents: George and Mary Azevedo and siblings Frank, Manuel, Joe, Johnny and Minnie.
George, a self employed water well drilling and pump contractor for 33 years, served our community and also restored antique cars, enjoyed car tours and swap meets. Born and raised in Chowchilla, CA and moved to Gilroy in 1940.
On November 20, 2010, friends and family are invited to a celebration of life for George at Shadow Mountain Baptist Church, 17810 Monterey Rd., Morgan Hill, CA at 1:00 P.M.
