Geanette Diaz, 47, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on July 27, 2022 after a tough battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving daughter Samantha Tripp (Korey), grandson Luka Lemos, mother Eva Trenberth (Kevin), father Ted Diaz (Linda), brother Teddy Diaz (Genia), stepbrother Bryan Trenberth, grandfather Henry Diaz Sr. and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was born and raised in Gilroy where she graduated from Gilroy High School. She worked in accounting for years before she began her career in real estate. Most recently, Geanette worked as the broker of a real estate company that her and her partner Alan Silbernagel ran together. She loved traveling and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed life to the absolute fullest and was always the life of the party. She had a smile that could light up the room and was loved by many people. Geanette left us far too soon and will be greatly missed by all her beloved family and friends.

Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 14th at the Elks Lodge in Gilroy starting at 1pm
