Gabriel Castillo Garcia, 71 of Gilroy moved to his heavenly home on Nov. 17 ^th . Born February 10, 1947 in Hondo, Texas to Gabriel Garcia Sr. and Andrea Castillo. Gabe served in the Army during Vietnam. He was a humble man who enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and his beloved pet chihuahua, Rusty. Gabriel by trade was a welder, who took pride in his work. He lived a quiet life and yet touched so many lives. Gabriel will be missed and his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Gabriel is survived by his children; Monica, Gabriel, Gina, Rosalien, and Andrea, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, step-children: Sonya, Gabriel, Raquel, Rozell and Roxzel, 10 grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held Dec 17 at 11-3pm at The Willey Cultural Center 140 5 ^th St., Gilroy. Burial service on Dec 18 at Golden Gate Cemetery 1300 Sneath Ln, San Bruno at 11 am.
